[12-18 yrs old] 6-Hour Stand-up Paddle Tour for Kids (Tai Mei Tuk)
Following the route, you will visit the fourth largest mangrove site in Hong Kong. More than ten mangrove species grow there and it is one of the few sites in Hong Kong with a large population of Lumnitzera racemosa. It has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
To visit this wetland by kayaking from the Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre with Lawrence not only allows you to enjoy the sport itself but also enables you to have a closer contact with nature.
What's in it for your kids?
There will be 8 participants maximum per session. All sessions include 1 hour Basic introduction: Lawrence will teach you all the basic but significant skills to paddle. Make sure that you're safe to start the journey!!! It also includes 1-hour lunch break (Please prepare your own dry food).
Lawrence is an experienced kayak and SUP instructor with more than 5 years experience. He represents Hong Kong National Canoepolo team and Hong Kong National Slalom team. He won several Championship awards in both Kayak and SUP competitions.

Where & When?
The tour starts and ends at the Tai Mei Tuk Water sports Centre. The tour takes place from 9am to 3pm. You will need to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Life jackets are provided and should be worn during the session. Enjoy free locker, changing room and hot water shower.
What's required for your safety?
Participants should be aged between12 and 18 years old and are required to be able to swim a distance of 50 meters.

Rescheduling in 30 days in case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black, Rainstorm Warnings.
Minimum 6 participants are required for the tour to take place (you can book if you are less than 6, it's just that the lesson will be confirmed once the minimum is reached).
